I understand food from both sides of the pass - how to make it, and how to market it.

I’m a professional chef and food creative, as well as a social media and content specialist. Having trained as a chef as well as built a career in digital marketing, I bring something a little different to food and hospitality content. I understand the product as well as the audience.

I’ve worked in kitchens, restaurants, in private dining and festivals, alongside creating content, writing about food and presenting on camera. It means I know what makes food look good, sound good and importantly - feel authentic.

Eatwith_jocelyn is my creative playground for food. I turn food ideas into experiences - combining recipe and menu development, seasonal ingredients, product thinking and hands-on chef experience to come together on the plate.
